  • Free Safety Inspection: This offer allows the customer to receive a free visual inspection of their lighting, ceiling fans, power points, switchboard, and smoke alarms. Note that this inspection is non-intrusive and some safety issues may not be detectable through visual inspection alone. 99 Electrical cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise with the electrical system during or after the inspection.

  • $50 Job Discount: This offer provides the customer with $50 off the final invoice total for approved work only. If the customer chooses not to proceed with the suggested work and an agreed service fee was established before arrival, the full-service fee still applies and cannot be reduced by the $50 job discount offer.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

  • Payment Terms: Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash and credit card payments.

  • Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Warranty: We provide a lifetime warranty on workmanship. We offer a 36-month warranty on all materials, unless specified otherwise. The specific warranty period and terms may vary depending on the type of work performed, as outlined in our service agreement.

  • Privacy Policy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you provide to us will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
